Candles, candles and more candles! We can never have too many candles but while enjoying our little luxuries you should follow some basics steps to get the most out of your candle:

Always burn candles within plain sight and away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable objects

Burn your candle for at least 4 hours on first use, this ensures a smooth even burn for the life of the candle

Trim your wick approximately 1/4 inch before each use. When purchasing a candle from us we pre-trim the wick for you so need to trim before the first burn but please remember to trim before subsequent burns. Wick trimming allows your candle to burn cooler and slower. This is extends the life of your candle

Burn for a maximum of 4 hours each use. Burning for longer can cause the candle to burn too hot and possibly compromise the integrity for the jar

Always use on a heat resistant surface
Please replace it when the wax level is 1/2 inch. Continuing to burn a candle when the wax is below this point is just heating the glass which isn’t what we want! Head on over to www.samarascents.com to get your replacement before you run out!
